Robert Warren came out to service our refrigerator within a couple of hours of calling him on a Saturday. He inspected and identified the problem within a short period of time and was very open and honest about recommending a solution which in this case was that it would cost more than our old unit was worth to fix it (bad compressor). I appreciated his honesty and would highly recommend him for future appliance repair services.

My washer just sat there and clicked, the technician found out pretty quickly it was a door seal issue, it took a few days for parts, but it works great again. It was a bit on the pricy side. But I'm still happy with the service.
